Last Tuesday, I attended my friend's (Leslie Bumongcag) cocktail party. She turned 18 on June 30, 2010. There wasn't a doubt in my head that Michelle Phan's Moonlight Seduction look will be perfect for the event. You can say that I already memorized the process of applying this look. I just had to check again and see if I was doing it correctly. I was thinking all the while, "Hot pink, highlight color, violet, black, navy blue, light shimmering blue, baby pink..." This look is one of my favorites among all the other looks Michelle Phan created. You can also tell that I have new contacts on. I just had an eye appointment and my grades went up! This is insane. I have 4.00 on both eyes. Terrible, I know. Anyway. The contact lenses are 3-toned. Yellow inner rim, blue in the middle and a dark blue outer rim. They fit well for me. I like them very much.
As for the products which I used to create this look, I used DollFace Cosmetic's 96 color Palette for the eyes (except the Hot Pink color which I used from my MAC Quad). For the lips I used Maybelline's Watershine Lipstick in P24 over Nivea's Lip Balm in Strawberry and lined my lips with Nichido's Lip Liner in Rosette. I used my MAC Sheertone Blush in Pink Swoon for the cheeks. No contouring. Oh, and the most recent change I've done is switch foundations! In these photos I have Revlon's PhotoReady Makeup in Medium Beige 006 on. It's the best foundation I've used in years! I love how the photochromatic pigments bend and reflect light *as said in the ads* and gives a great outcome in photos. I bought it for P975.00 and this serves as a little review about it. I still can't find the time to make a vlog or video to share my thoughts about this product since I am so busy with school. If I get the chance, believe me, I will. THE PHOTOS BELOW ARE NOT EDITED. At the end of this post, you can watch the tutorial I made on my YouTube Channel months ago. It's a remake of Michelle Phan's Moonlight Seduction. I'll be updating this blog more often now! I apologize for my MIA.
This is my boyfriend of almost two years, Paulo.
We're going to celebrate our second year on July 30.
Just a little photo to show you what I wore that night. I borrowed this beautiful dress from my younger sister. The lace details sure made the whole look more elegant!
I had a haircut!!! Can you tell?
Here is the embed of my tutorial. I hope you enjoy watching!
