░ Wishlist: Yuletide 2010 Part I ░

This will be the second time I'll be blogging about the things I am aiming to purchase/receive, but this time, it's for the Yuletide Season! Okay let's move on to part one...
  • When have I ever stopped raving about Dollface Cosmetics? Almost never, I think. I use my Dollface palettes in every tutorial I film! Anyway, I have a couple of things I have to buy from Pearl (the sole proprietor of Dollface who is by the way a really good friend of mine) this Christmas. I told her and you guys about how I am in need of more Brush Guards! Since one single variety pack just can't suffice the needs of all my other brushes since it only has 6 guards (and I lost one, so I'm down to 5) and so more Brush Guards is added on my list! I'm just not yet sure of which pack I'm going to get yet! I have to do a little bit of counting before I could finally come up with a final order decision.  Oh btw, Dollface sells them for only 225.00PhP a pack!

  • Next Dollface item on my list would be this beautiful 88 Dollface Palette (Shimmer). I want to add this to my collection since the colors have captivated me. Imagine the number of looks I could create out of these colors! Priced at 1,200.00 Php.

  • Next item--still from Dollface would be this new palette which has just been released (I was able to get the first peek on this palette since Pearl showed it to me before promoting it to the public) This palette is called the Dollface Vanity Palette. It's by far the most perfect palette ever. Completeness, anyone? This palette has a range of eyeshadows, lip colors, contour shades, highlight shades and blushes to choose from! What more could you ask for? Priced at 1,000.00PhP.

  • As of February 2010, my makeup collection has grown. I have vanity boxes and a couple of bags to store all of them into and it just gets a bit clutter-y sometimes. So I have decided to get myself my very own traincase! As you all know, I have experienced my very first makeup gig and I must admit I had a difficult time working in an organized manner since all my makeup products were scattered about. Having a traincase will definitely be more convenient especially if I have to go to appointments/gigs...etc. So I have searched around and found this traincase from SueshApparently, this traincase has the product code or name or whatever "BC405X". It has four fold out trays with adjustable dividers, two safety closures and a shoulder strap. Size is 350 x 225 mm and is priced at 3,000PhP. This would definitely do! Not to mention, it has pink details on it!

  • Next on the list would be Lancome's Teint Miracle Foundation. Michelle Phan raved about this product (well, because yeah she is the video spokesperson for Lancome but I've seen how good the coverage it gave to Michelle in her Elegant Masquerade tutorial. I dropped her a comment about it and she said this--read this screencap below) And you should watch the tutorial itself and you'll see what I mean! This costs $37 USD, roughly 1,592.30Php. It's quite expensive for foundation but what the heck, I know I'll be getting my money's worth! There are 20 shades of this foundation, and I don't wanna risk getting the wrong shade because it's really expensive. But I'm guessing I'm a Bisque 1N. Oh and here are some of the features of this product *taken from Lancome's website:
  • Benefits
  • Enhances skin's natural light. The complexion appears flawless, full of life – as if lit-from-within

  • Next on my list would be MAC's Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick. I've been meaning to try it ever since it came out! According to MAC, this features a high lustre finish and a cool blue-pink shade, named after celebrity spokesperson, Lady Gaga. Costs $14.50 in the US. But I think it's sold for roughly 900++PhP in Manila.
I'm far from being done with this list... In the meanwhile, I just wanna share this to you guys! I'm tagging everyone who gets to read this, make your own list and share the link to me!

░ Wishlist/Shopping List: Rockwell Moonlit Bazaar ░

I know I need to do a little explaining! Filming for Halloween looks needed to be pushed back a bit since I've got so much going on right now. I assure you I'll be filming next week as early as Monday. I've got the Marilyn Manson Look up first (with the red flames on the forehead). I already bought the necessary tools needed to achieve the look.
I recently went on a little makeup shopping. My drafted blog entry is ready to be published but I think I should just compile it together with the purchases that I'll be making at the bazaar this coming weekend! So as to ramble on the products in just one go.
The Rockwell Moonlit Bazaar will be held from the 15th-17th of October, and as we all know, Dollface Cosmetics will be participating! Now, it took me quite a while to figure out what to buy. They carry so much stuff, and I needed much time for contemplation. After about 4 days of careful thinking, I finally decided to buy the 12-piece Brush Set in Pink and the Variety Pack Brush Guard
If you've been a follower of my blog for quite some time now, you may have seen this pink brush set included in my wish list. It's the perfect time to get it!

Since I'll be investing so much on such a good set of brushes, I might as well buy something which will protect them, in terms of maintaining their shape and drying. So together with this brush set, I'll be purchasing the Brush Guard. I opted for the variety pack since for just 225PHP, you get to have 1 brush guard for shadow/liner (extra small), 2 brush guards for blush (small), 2 brush guards for foundation (medium) and 1 brush guard for powder/kabuki (large). Pretty great for just 225PHP, right?
Also, if you make a single purchase amounting to 900PHP, you get to have a 5% discount from Dollface! This discount is valid for online and bazaar purchases, applicable to brushes, palettes, and gel liners only. Discount period available until December 31, 2010. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TAG YOURSELF IN ONLY ONE OF THESE PHOTOS:

░ Wishlist ░

Tomorrow's the 6th! I'll be turning 19 tomorrow! I don't know if I'll be able to film a birthday vlog tomorrow, since I don't think I'll have the time... But I'll blog about it, just so you guys are updated. I just wanted to create a short update entry in this blog where I'll be sharing some of the things which I want to get in the next months.
First on my list is the 88 Earth Tone Palette from DollFace Cosmetics (which I'll actually be receiving any day now) because the owner of DollFace, Pearl Sarcauga, decided to send me a FREE palette as a token of appreciation for telling friends about DollFace. What can I say? DollFace is worth advertising! My friends love it! Even my friends' moms love it! I won't really advertise anything if I don't personally use it or disapprove of its quality. DollFace is something I see myself using in the next years to come. Oh, and just a quick announcement, I will be collaborating with Pearl for a contest on my YouTube Channelhttp://www.youtube.com/saytiocoartillero wherein she will be sponsoring. We still need to brainstorm so I'll just post when everything's ready! This is just a head's up, and I hope many will join and get to win amazing stuff from DollFace!

Second on my list would be the 12 Piece Brush Set (Pink) also from DollFace. It's actually very affordable at only P900.00 (plus shipping fee of P50.00 in my area so that would amount to P950.00) This set caught my eye primarily because it's pink and I really like the structure of the brushes. It basically has everything that you need to have when applying makeup. See here (L-R): a powder brush, a blush brush, a foundation brush, a large, medium and small eyeshadow brush, a pencil brush, a lip brush, a precise eyeliner brush, an angled eyeliner brush, a spooly, and an eyebrow comb+brush. I'll be ordering this set as soon as I can. Who can say "No." to this one? (For more DollFace products, visit http://www.dollfacecosmetics.com.ph)

Third on my list would be this vanity mirror from Suesh*I got this photo from Suesh's site, and I am not claiming it as my own.* Its intro price is P2,500.00. I've been looking all over malls just to find something like this, but all I found was lighted bathroom  mirrors which don't have true to life setting of indoor and outdoor lighting like Suesh Vanity mirror does. The others have yellow lights which isn't really the perfect light to apply makeup with. You end up applying too little or too much! Why? Because the light just doesn't fit the occasion.

Fourth on my list would be Revlon's ColorStay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick. "The touch-up is now history." Here's a little something about this product: It's food-proof, meaning even if you eat a creamy serving of carbonara or spaghetti, the color will still stay on. It lasts up to 12 hours, no topcoat is required, and it is comfortable to wear. It says here in this brochure (that I'm going through right now) that this product doesn't dry out the lips, doesn't flake, doesn't feather and just stays put. "Just the right amount of luster, not too shiny, not to matte." When applying, you should allow it to dry for 60 seconds. What I love is that is has about 15 shades to choose from. Let's see, we have Supreme Sienna, Top Notch Tulip, Maximum Mocha, Miracle Mauve, Suberb Sangria, Regal Rose, Top Tomato, Premium Pink, Stellar Sunrise, Premiere Plum, Brilliant Bordeaux, Perfect Peony, Grand Garnet, Prized Peach and Platinum Petal.

Fifth on my list would be (another one from Revlon) Revlon PhotoReady Makeup. I think I've mentioned my wanting to switch foundations because I think I've had enough of Maybelline's Aqua Gel Foundation, not because it's not a good product, but because I want to try something new. This product has photo-chromatic pigments which bend and diffuse light to help erase every flaw. It gives a complete yet undetectable coverage. It gives you a soft, luminous finish, it has SPF 20, oil free, and fragrance free. I think it costs about P995.00 at Watsons stores. They have the shades of Shell, Nude, Natural Beige, Medium Beige, and Cool Beige. I'm not sure which fits my skin color, so I'm going to have to do swatches and see which shade fits me the most. I'm planning to buy this on my birthday since my AGF is already (almost) empty.

So, that ends my entry for now. I have my top 5 on this list. The rest will just follow... And you know I'll always post reviews about anything that I'll be trying out so you can count on that.

I'll be creating a new workout blog tonight! I've been itching to do so since I've started working out. I want to actually share my eating habits, how I do exercises, what I use when working out, what exercises I do, my progress, and all those things! I'm really in love with this workout site www.bodyrock.tv and I suggest this to anyone out there who wants to lose weight! I am trying out workouts from this site and watch out for my Workout Blog for more details!
