I decided to film something different today. This entry is all about drawing on lashes. Yes, you read that right! Drawing on your lashes. Before proceeding to the "Drawing On The Lashes" part, I created a simple makeup look that you can totally wear anytime.
- Apply white E/S all over your lids not going past the crease (Dollface 88 Earth Color Palette)
- Apply mauve E/S on the outer V (use a pointed eyeshadow brush-Marionnaud Pointed E/S Brush + Dollface 88 Earth Color Palette)
- Apply a black E/S to darken the crease area; do not touch the center of the lids. (Dollface 88 Earth Color Palette)
- Apply bronzer to sculpt the cheeks (Wet N Wild Bronzer 741A Princess + Marionnaud Blush Brush)
- Apply blush (The Body Shop Roseflower Blush 02)
- Apply a pink lip color (CoverGirl Lipstick in Parisian Pink) *such a lovely shade*
This gradient look on the eyes will totally make you look simple but beautiful.

ABOUT DRAWING THE LASHES...
Now to add an oomph to the simple look we created above, we will work on our lashes. We can always opt to pack on our mascara for that beautiful volumized look (but some people do not like clumping on their lashes). We may also opt for false lashes, but if in case you don't have any faux lashes on hand and you still want that dramatic effect on your lashes, you might as well draw them on.
What you will need are just two things:
- A good angled brush (I used Dollface Cosmetics' Angled Brush)
- A pigmented black eyeshadow (I used MAC's Beauty Marked E/S)
Here are the simple steps to draw on your lashes:
- Pack on the E/S on your lashline
- Create a normal wing
- Draw a longer wing beneath the normal wing, extend it sloping upwards
- Draw a shorter wing above the normal wing
- Get rid of harsh edges by lightly sweeping the E/S outward using your fingers
- Line your waterline with the same E/S, stop halfway
- APPLY A VOLUMIZING/LENGTHENING MASCARA (I used Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto Mascara)
