Before Every Tutorial: Concealing, Foundation, Powder, Contouring, Blush & Brows

This is a 4-minute tutorial on what I usually do before filming my tutorials. These clips were initially included in my Bad Girl Makeup Look by Sleek Makeup but I had to take them out since I didn’t want my tutorial to drag on for 6 long minutes; so what I did was make a separate video solely for the routines that I go through before the tutorial proper.

HPIM4399

I always start off with my Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel and my L’Oreal Base Magique Primer (not shown in the video)

  1. I take my LuLu Makeup Concealer in Light, and using my Marionnaud N34 Concealer Brush, I apply it on areas that need concealing
  2. I take my Marionnaud N32 Blush Brush and buff the concealer lightly
  3. Next, I take my favorite James Cooper Cream Foundation in 04 and use my new Sigma F80 Flat Top Kabuki Brush (I’m giving away one Sigma F80! Find out how to win here!) and buff the foundation all over the face.
  4. Time to set all the foundation work! I use my Maybelline Clear Smooth All in One Cake Powder in Honey and use the Sigma F80 to buff it all over the face
  5. Next is contouring. I use Fanny Serrano’s 2-Way Cake in Rajah and my Sigma F80 (you guys won’t believe how versatile this brush is!) to contour the cheekbones, jawline, and nose bridge
  6. Blush is next. I used my newest Beauty UK Baked Blush in Royal Rose (Order from Make Up Hub by Naturele Collezione—it’s one of the best sellers!) and use the Sigma F80 to apply the color on the apples of the cheeks, sweeping up to the temples
  7. Lastly, I do my brows using my favorite Easy Brow Pencil from Etude House and my Megaga Brow Brush. I can say that my brows look better now compared to how they looked like 6 months ago! Thanks to constant practicing and helpful brow tutorials from all over the globe! I use my N34 Concealer Brush and my LuLu Makeup Concealer to create sleek and sharp edges for the brows.

That is basically what I do prior to filming makeup tutorials! You can say that this is PART I of my Bad Girl Makeup Look.

Thank you so much for tuning in! I appreciate all the love and support. Can’t wait to meet the rest of you soon!
