2. Click on the DISCUSSIONS TAB and add in your request of any makeup look you'd like to see me do a tutorial on.
3. Hit the "LIKE" button for the photo of the prizes in Makeup by Say Tioco Artillero's Fan Page in Facebook.

1. Residents of the Philippines only.
2. A liker of Makeup by Say Tioco Artillero's Fan Page in Facebook
